These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Tiny Code Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Tiny Code”) through www.tinycode.hk (hereinafter referred to as “this website”). By enrolling in any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed enrollment form and settlement of full payment. Payment details will be provided directly upon receipt of your enrollment form. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of classes is considered only under emergency or pre-approved circumstances. A minimum of seven (7) days advance notice is required for any rescheduling request. No more than one (1) class may be rescheduled within any given calendar month. Additional requests beyond this are at the sole discretion of Tiny Code.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Tiny Code, advance notice will be provided where reasonably possible and an alternative arrangement will be made at our discretion.
3. Refunds
No refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed and full payment has been received, regardless of circumstance. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another student, program, or date. Make-up classes will not be provided unless otherwise confirmed in advance directly by Tiny Code.
4. Typhoon and Rainstorm Guidelines
For in-home classes, all sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in effect. Rescheduling arrangements will be communicated directly.
Online classes are not affected by weather warnings and will proceed as scheduled.
It is at the parent’s or guardian’s discretion to determine whether conditions are suitable for their child to attend any scheduled class. Tiny Code is not responsible for any inconvenience or incidents arising from adverse weather conditions.
5. Intellectual Property and Class Materials
All materials, content, curricula, recordings, screenshots, and other resources created, used, or captured during any class, program, or event are the sole intellectual property of Tiny Code Hong Kong Limited. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used in any form without prior written consent from Tiny Code.
6. Photographs, Recordings, and Media
Photographs, screenshots, video recordings, and other media may be captured during classes, workshops, or events at the discretion of Tiny Code. These materials are the property of Tiny Code Hong Kong Limited and may be used for instructional, training, quality assurance, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to the use of such materials, please inform us at the point of enrollment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Code Hong Kong Limited shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, losses, or damages to students or their belongings arising from participation in any class, program, or event, whether conducted in-home, online, or at any other location. By enrolling, you agree to waive any and all claims against Tiny Code Hong Kong Limited, its officers, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives.
8. Personal Data
We collect, store, and use personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). For full details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
Tiny Code reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on this website. Continued enrollment or use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
